ABOUT THE CHIEF
Chief Sielu is internationally known as “The Coconut Man” for his 20 years at the Polynesian Cultural Center’s Samoan Village and star World Champion Fire Knife Dancer at their evening show. He is also known as the “Ambassador of Polynesia” and “That Polynesian Comedian.” He has appeared on Oprah Winfrey, Late Night with David Letterman, Travel & Discovery Channels, BBC, and MTV. He starred in the movie Chief which was featured at the Sundance Film Festival, and threw the flaming spear that ignited the Olympic torch at a pre-Olympic ceremony in Salt Lake City.
On May 6, 2012, Chief Sielu and several members of his tribe appeared on the Season Finale of THE AMAZING RACE on CBS. Just before the $1 million prize was awarded, they were the Polynesian drummers at the Hawaiian sledding challenge.

Roundtrip motorcoach transportation from Waikiki is temporarily not available.
Driving Directions from Waikiki: Take H-1 Freeway West. Follow signs to Waianae. Take Exit 1E and merge onto Farrington Hwy, right at the light, right into Wet'n'Wild parking lot.
